I play mostly clean and tend to prefer the sound of single-coils. I'm not sure why, because I really like the tone of P90's. but this is only the second one I've ever owned with P90's. I always like to have a really good idea of what I'm getting into if it's a model I haven't owned before.Īs my history above shows, I'm a big fan of Epiphone archtops.
